Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

This page explains how Xavor handles information connected with the app experience, including community browsing, lash parameter card features, account-related interactions, and on-device AI style image generation. The goal is to give a clear picture of what may be received, how it may be handled, and what choices users have.

Xavor

1. Data Collection

Information gathered through Xavor may fall into a few categories depending on how the app is used. If a user creates an account, contacts support, submits feedback, saves preferences, or participates in community features, personal details such as an email address, username, profile content, support messages, and related account records may be received.

Device and technical details may also be generated automatically. These may include device model, operating system version, language settings, app version, crash reports, approximate region, diagnostics, and interaction events such as feature usage, session timing, or content engagement. That operational data helps maintain stability, improve performance, and understand how core tools are being used.

Xavor includes an on-device AI style image generation experience. When that feature is used, image inputs, prompts, style selections, and generated outputs may be processed locally on the user’s device. In many cases, this design reduces the need to transmit image content to remote servers. If a user chooses to save, share, back up, or upload generated results, associated content may then be stored or transmitted as part of that action.

Some device permissions may be requested only when needed for a specific function. For example:

In addition, Xavor may rely on third-party software development kits or embedded service tools for analytics, crash handling, content delivery, authentication, or infrastructure support. These tools may receive limited technical information needed to perform their functions.

2. Data Usage

The information connected with Xavor may be used to operate the app, personalize the experience, maintain user accounts, respond to support requests, moderate community activity, and improve content discovery. For example, saved preferences and interaction history may help present more relevant lash inspiration, styling references, or feature suggestions.

Technical and usage records may be utilized for internal analysis, debugging, abuse prevention, reliability monitoring, feature development, and service quality review. Where permitted by applicable law, contact details may also be used to send product announcements, policy notices, security alerts, or limited promotional messages. Users can opt out of non-essential marketing communications where such options are offered.

Xavor does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term. Information may, however, be shared with service providers or business partners when reasonably necessary to host systems, process support requests, secure the app, measure performance, comply with legal duties, or carry out app functionality on Xavor’s behalf.

Data is handled for service-related purposes first: app operation, safety, performance, account management, and user-requested features.

3. Data Storage & Security

Account records, support communications, operational logs, and other service data may be stored on secure servers or cloud systems used to run the application and related business operations. Some content, especially AI-generated styling work, may remain only on the user’s device unless the user chooses to upload, sync, back up, or share it.

Reasonable safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures may include encrypted transmission, controlled administrative access, environment monitoring, authentication controls, and periodic security review. Even so, no digital system can guarantee absolute security, and users should also protect their devices and account credentials.

Retention periods depend on the type of record and the reason it exists. Information may be kept for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce terms, meet legal requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain essential business records. When data is no longer necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely aggregated where appropriate.

4. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Xavor experience may be supported by outside providers that supply infrastructure, analytics, authentication, hosting, diagnostics, customer support tools, notification delivery, or content moderation assistance. These providers may process limited information under contractual or operational arrangements designed to support the app.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms and internal practices. While Xavor aims to work with providers suited to mobile app operations, their handling of information may be governed by separate policies. Users should understand that external links, integrated tools, or connected services may involve data practices outside Xavor’s direct control.

If legal obligations, safety concerns, business transfers, or enforcement needs arise, information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, detect fraud, or address harmful conduct.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where a user lives, privacy laws may provide specific rights regarding personal information. These rights can include access to the data associated with an account, correction of inaccurate details, deletion of certain records, restriction of some processing activities, and the ability to request a portable copy where required by law.

Residents covered by the GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks may also have the right to object to certain uses, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or ask that non-essential processing be limited. Where applicable, users may request information about categories of personal information collected, the purposes for handling it, and categories of third parties receiving it.

Requests can be submitted by emailing support@xavor.com. To protect account security, identity verification may be required before certain requests are completed. Where the law allows exceptions, some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request, such as for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or active dispute resolution.

To exercise access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights, contact support@xavor.com and include enough detail for the request to be reviewed accurately.

6. Children’s Privacy

Xavor is intended for adults and older users, and the application is not designed for children under 18. The platform’s subject matter, community environment, and feature set are meant for users 18 years of age and older.

Xavor does not knowingly seek or maintain personal information from children under 13, and it does not knowingly permit underage use in violation of applicable age rules. If it becomes apparent that personal information from a minor has been submitted without appropriate authorization, steps may be taken to remove the account or delete the related information as required.

Parents or guardians who believe a child may have provided information through the app may contact support@xavor.com for review. This section is intended to support compliance with COPPA and similar child privacy standards.

7. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as Xavor develops new features, adjusts operational practices, responds to legal requirements, or refines how information is handled. Revised versions may appear within the app, on the website, or through another appropriate notice channel.

When updates are significant, users may be informed by an in-app message, account notice, website posting, or similar method reasonably suited to the change. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page shows when the current version became active.
