Xavor

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Xavor, available in connection with urbane.xavor.site and the related iOS application. The document is intended to explain your legal relationship with the platform in clear and direct language.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing Xavor, creating an account, browsing content, or otherwise interacting with the application indicates that you accept this agreement as a binding set of rules between you and the operator of the app.

Anyone who is not willing to proceed under these conditions should discontinue access immediately and refrain from using the application or related services. Your use of the platform is permitted only while these terms are accepted in full.

2. Service Description

Xavor provides a digital platform centered on beauty-focused inspiration, visual exploration, organizational tools, and interactive creative experiences delivered through the app environment. Features, tools, interfaces, and availability may differ by device, region, version, or technical conditions.

From time to time, parts of the service may be revised, improved, paused, replaced, or removed. No promise is made that any particular function, section, or experience will remain available permanently or without interruption.

We may also perform maintenance, security updates, or operational changes that affect access, performance, or compatibility. Temporary downtime does not create a duty to continue a feature in its current form.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of Xavor is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing the application, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Lawful and respectful conduct is required at all times. Users must not:

  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity through the application;
  • post, transmit, or encourage abuse, harassment, threats, or harmful conduct toward others;
  • upload or introduce malicious code, malware, viruses, bots, or disruptive scripts;
  • attempt to interfere with system integrity, security controls, or normal platform operations;
  • misuse another person’s account, identity, content, or personal information;
  • use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

If account credentials are issued or created, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for activity occurring under your account unless prohibited by law. Failure to comply with these standards may lead to content removal, access restrictions, suspension, termination, or additional legal action where appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

The application, including its design, branding, text, software, structure, graphics, interfaces, and other original materials, remains the property of its developer or applicable licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Your permission to access Xavor is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and granted solely for personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant any right to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the application except where such restriction is not allowed under applicable law.

Any unauthorized use of protected materials may result in immediate loss of access and may expose the responsible party to civil or other legal consequences.

5. Disclaimer

Xavor is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees, assurances, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

This includes, without limitation, any implied warranty relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not state that the application will always be secure, complete, current, or suitable for every user’s intended purpose.

Use of the platform is undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You remain responsible for your own decisions, device environment, and handling of any material or content encountered through the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers connected with Xavor will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to access to, inability to access, or reliance on the application.

This exclusion applies even if a possible loss was foreseeable or previously communicated, and includes damages involving lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, corruption of files, reputational harm, device issues, interruption of operations, or other commercial or personal losses.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain limitations, liability will be restricted only to the narrowest extent enforceable under that jurisdiction’s laws.

7. Account Termination

Access to Xavor may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, platform safety, legal compliance, or operational interests. In appropriate cases, this action may occur without advance warning.

We may also remove content, disable features, or block future access where necessary to investigate misuse, protect other users, or respond to legal obligations. Termination of access does not erase rights or obligations that, by their nature, should continue after use ends.

You may stop using the application whenever you choose. If you no longer wish to access the service, you may discontinue use and, where applicable, close or abandon your account.

8. Terms Modification

Business practices, legal requirements, and platform functions may evolve over time. For that reason, this agreement may be revised periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security-related changes.

When updates are posted, the revised version becomes the controlling version as of the stated effective date. Returning to or continuing to interact with Xavor after an update has taken effect indicates acceptance of the revised terms then in force.

Users should review this page from time to time to remain informed of the current conditions governing use of the application.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would direct the matter to another legal system.

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement connected to Xavor or this agreement should first be raised through good-faith written notice to allow an opportunity for informal resolution. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled by the courts or other legally recognized dispute-resolution bodies with proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction, unless local law requires a different process.
